Crawl Space Encapsulation Atlanta grew from founder Marcus Reed's years working around older homes in Atlanta, Decatur, and nearby neighborhoods. Marcus grew up in Decatur and spent much of his early career on residential repair crews where crawl spaces were often treated as an afterthought.
He kept seeing the same pattern: homeowners would replace insulation, clean up moldy debris, or add another fan, but the underlying ground moisture and humid air were never addressed. He started the company with a simple goal—to make crawl space moisture control easier for homeowners to understand and easier to maintain over the long term.
Our approach is practical. If the crawl space has standing water, a plumbing issue, active drainage trouble, damaged materials, or another condition that should be addressed before encapsulation, we want that identified early.
